Tiwani Contemporary

Tiwani Contemporary (2011-26) represented artists from Africa and the African diaspora, originally from a space in Lagos which operated between a commercial gallery, research platform and cultural institution. From 2023-26 it occupied a new London space located within the mixed-use redevelopment designed by Richard Rogers. Positioned on the corner of a new arcade connecting Cork Street to Old Burlington Street, the gallery occupies an unusually open and visible corner.
